Syndex Research F.Z.C (“Syndex”, “we”) is a healthcare market research and consulting company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under licence no. 58853, with its office at Office C1-1F-SF13603, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman. This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, contact us, take part in our research or work with us.

2. What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, organisation, job title and the content of your message.
• When you take part in a study: the answers you give and basic professional details such as specialty or role. Participation is always voluntary.
• When we work with you as a client, partner or supplier: business contact details and the information needed to run the contract, including payment details.
• When you visit this website: standard technical information processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our research is designed so that results do not identify individual patients. We do not ask participants to share patient-identifiable information.

3. How we use it

• To answer your enquiries and prepare proposals.
• To run research studies and produce anonymised or aggregated results.
• To manage contracts, payments and our business relationships.
